Refund policy

Please contact us immediately at thebluetailedmonkey@gmail.com if something is wrong with your order.  Our goal is 100% satisfaction on all orders. 

Damaged items will be replaced.  If same item is not available you may accept a comparable replacement of our choice or you may choose store credit/refund.  You must contact us within ten calendar days of receipt of your item to initiate a refund/replacement.  

Personalized items can not be refunded.  Gift cards can not be refunded.
